Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bip99 ("bip99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bip99 website at bip99.org, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. • You must be at least 21 years of age. bip99 operates a strict 21+ only policy across all services, games, and promotions.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts under different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at all times thereafter. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion order, deposit limit restriction, or voluntary exclusion programme on the bip99 Platform or any affiliated platform.

Account Registration and Security

To access the bip99 Platform, you must create a personal account. The following obligations apply to your account at all times and are material conditions of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bip99 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, SMS, or any other channel.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted using your login details is deemed to have been carried out by you personally, and you will be held responsible for all resulting bets, transactions, and losses.
• bip99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to bip99 or other users.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bip99 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT. The following rules govern all financial transactions conducted through the bip99 Platform.

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bip99 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction limits from time to time without prior notice.

• Any funds deposited into a bip99 account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless bip99 expressly approves an alternative withdrawal method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud.

Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially or legally prohibited activity through the bip99 Platform. bip99 will cooperate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory authority investigating financial crime on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or misrepresenting your location or jurisdiction to circumvent access restrictions imposed by bip99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bip99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bip99 Platform, even if bip99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bip99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bip99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bip99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bip99's own negligence.

Changes to These Terms

bip99 may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
